Awful place. Do not register here as a patient and do not apply to work there. Management are awful, unprofessional. Staff are also underpaid & under valued. | ||||||

I cannot speak highly enough of this GP practice, especially for the care they have provided for my 8 year old daughter. Any time I have needed an appointment for my daughter it has always been the same day, and the reception team are always very patient, professional and understanding. Thank you Amwell surgery. | ||||||

I have lived in Hoddesden for 5 years now and Amwell Surgery should be commended for the services it provides. The receptionists are always polite and always navigate you to the correct person suitable to give you treatment, whether that be a Practice Nurse or GP. Same day appointments are available for emergencies and if you need to have regular appointments the staff always try to make sure you have consistency seeing the same GP or GPN.
The recent new modern building has I am sure improved the morale of the staff as well as the patients and in a time when Primary Care services are facing difficult times Amwell Surgery must be complimented for the exemplary way it conducts its Practice. | ||||||
