    Rarely able to get appointments when you would like - online booking system never has any availability for 2 weeks and if you phone up or arrive at 08:30 to get a booking you are often told that nothing is available that day, you have to be quite pushy to get anything reasonable. I have been going for 2 years and I think never seen the same GP or nurse twice - no continuity of care. They seem unable to contact you with test results or if it is their responsibility to arrange any follow in care - you always have to chase them. If their doctors or nurses are late arriving to work and you are the first patient, there is no information or apology. Reception staff don’t seem very interested in helping you. The premises is generally quite gloomy and dated. The convenience of having a GP close to where you may live does not outweigh the shortcomings in the care provided here. Avoid.

    Today I called for an appointment to be told that only one doctor was working and also a duty doctor, they could not offer me an appointment and I was told to go to A&E!!!! As of tomorrow they have 2 doctors on annual leave so one doctor on duty!!!! Most places of work wouldn't dream of allowing to people to have the same holiday time if they were short staffed!!!! Only locum doctors at this surgery, not surprising really.

    This patient was contacted that day as requested – the 2 GPs that day did not deem it necessary to have an urgent appointment that day and offered an appointment for the following day (Thursday) which was declined and also for the next day (Friday) which was also declined by the patient. Patient was given an appointment for the next working day (Monday). A request for another call back from a different doctor was made. GP contacted and offered 4 alternatives to help the patient that day which were all declined. The surgery always has 2 clinicians in the building each day and endeavour to see patients in a timely fashion and when appointments are unavailable and the patient feels it is urgent, a clinician will call them to discuss any concerns and if they feel it necessary, will ask them to come in.

    No regular doctors, majority appear to be locoms. lottery as to who you see, Dont know who these doctors are they seem to just come and go, each time i have visited i see another doctor who the disappears never to be seen again
