The doctors service at chinbrook surgery is poor, I went in with severe pain in both ears and told the doctor I think it's an ear infection only for the doctor to say it's just a build up of earwax and told me to put olive oil drops in my ears. The pain was so severe I had to call 111 for a second opinion and had to go to the hospital in urgent care and they told me my ear is infected very badly and said I shouldn't put anything in my ears at all ! The doctor at chinbrook gave me the wrong advice and if I went with what chinbrook told me my infection would have gotten much worse! Im very disappointed with the service and that the doctor downplayed my symptoms. | ||||||
