I can’t understand how a surgery will not pickup the phone at 8am. They never have appointments. Online booking does not work. Patient Access has almost no information. I have tried calling 30 times and it’s user busy. The surgery is a 0 star! | ||||||

This practice is terrible how can you call 70 + plus times and not be able to get through. The receptionists think there Drs and the service is unfit for purpose, the surgery needs going to Drs who actually want to help sick people. | ||||||
