Mar 20 2019 Just had a call to inform me that the appointment I made for my family weeks ago has been cancelled because the dentist is on holiday. Surely they would have known he was on holiday when THEY gave ME the appointment? Then I was asked when would be best to arrange another appointment! Considering we have to wait a minimum of 6-8 weeks to get one and we both work shifts it’s safe to say that there is very little chance of us getting an appointment together any time in the next few months. This is the second time an appointment has been cancelled as my husband had an appointment for a filling which was cancelled on the day after he took time off work for it and he still hasn’t managed to get in to have it done. Absolutely appalling service.

Was told they didn't have one and the next available appointment was in 5weeks. On the day of the appointment I was rung and the appointment was cancelled due to dentist illness. I was then given an appointment for e days later. On arrival I saw the dentist who was brilliant but she couldn't do anything due to time constraints. I was advised to sit in reception...... After 45 minutes of waiting I approached the receptionist who advised the practice manager will need to call me. So I left with a crown at the front out leaving me looking like a hillbillie, a broken tooth and no examination. Now 3 days later I'm still waiting for the phone call. I've rang them but no one answers the phone. Do I wait or try and find a new NHS dentist????

May 10 2019 Having been with this practice for over 30 years, I was told that I had to register to another practice as my dentist was no longer there.. I asked if I Could see someone else but was told I needed to find an alternative dentist and am no no longer on there list.. Absolutely disgusted after spending well over £3000 on mounted implants that where forever causing problems.. and am now unable to get my situation sorted ..
