I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment as requested and registered with security after waiting in the queue. Security began trying to contact the practice to let them know I had arrived 5 mins before my appointment. They weren't answering the phone. I also tried contacting them to let them know I was here. There was no answer from them. Just after my appointment Time they sent me message saying they wouldn't see me as I was late. I still couldn't get a response when I tried to ring them back. Finally the security guard went up to see them to explain. A receptionist came down and said they wouldn't see me as I was late. I explained I wasn't but they weren't answering the phone to either myself or security. The receptionist said that it didn't make a difference. It was the same thing if I'd been stuck in traffic!!! She then said that the hygienist was already seeing the next person on the list which was a lie as the next person arrived for their appointment whilst I was still there. Appallingly bad experience. I left the building in tears. I'd had a difficult journey to get there in the first place having rhumatoid arthritis and struggling with my mobility. I kept my appointment though because I didn't want to let them down. I've been with that dental practice for over 15 years. Its obvious that they don't want to keep NHS patients who no longer work there as its virtually impossible to get an appointment with the dentist. The last time I did see their dentist he referred me to the dental hospital. When I queried why , it came to light that he'd written someone else's notes on my record. Disgusting customer service and extremely unprofessional staff |

I had a broken veneer on one of my front teeth and rang for an emergency appointment and the receptionist was excellent texting me and leaving a voicemail to make sure I could attend appointment which they added at the end of their week on a Friday lunchtime. The dentist explained alternative treatments with costs to me and proceeded to spend 45 minutes rebuilding my tooth with compound because behind the broken veneer the tooth had rotted and he built up the new virtually new tooth layer upon layer and even made sure it was the same colour as my other - overall fantastic service from receptionist, dentist and dental nurse |

It was first appointment for my daughter and I felt the staff and practice where lovely. I would recommend to anyone as they were so good and helpful. |
