I have lost count of the number of appointments i have had over the last couple of years due to an issue with a bridge i had fitted years ago. After having it refitted numerous times i was then advised to have it replaced, originally at a cost of £2,500.... REALLY? NHS? I don't think so. Eventually, after the bridge came out and was refitted 3-4 times I was advised that it could be done for approx' £260 (this would be firstly for a root removing) and then a further £260 for the new bridge. I suggested that as it was all part of the same issue I should not be paying twice. The dentist's response was: "oh, I suppose we can do it that way if you want"
Now to make matters worse the dentist has called in sick on the day I was due to have my treatment completed. Sick and tired of being messed around.
If you need a dentist look elsewhere. |

Recently signed up and get a text saying I’m registered and to ring the number in the texts, the first day it was busy permanently all day as if it’s been left off the hook, the second day and the number is no longer recognised, what the hell is this about, I’ve been given no card and don’t live close, now impossible to get in touch so I’m walking all the way there just to see if there’s any appointments available, poorest start to any service I’ve ever had |

Have used this practice for many years. Excellent dental treatment from the dentist I see. Staff always helpful and polite. Always treat with respect. Very lucky to have this surgery. Thank you. |
