Constantly having appointments cancelled, but unable to call back as you get cut off or redirected to an unmonitored voicemail. It says call back between certain hours but has been left on for over five days all day now.

After going in for an emergency appointment was sent on my way and told to come back for a check up which wouldn't be for another 2 months even though the dentist herself said I needed treatment. She was rude and obnoxious and quite frankly couldn't care less about helping me. I have seen this dentist numerous times and each time she is the same...she give dentists a bad name! When I asked for a different dentist the receptionist went from being nice to also quite rude because I told her I didn't want to see the same dentist anymore. Will be finding another dentist.
