May 17 2019 We've been coming to this orthodontic practice since my son was referred for braces approximately 18 months ago. The staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly, and the service we have received is second to none. He is now nearing the end of his treatment and has been left with a beautiful smile with straight teeth, thanks to the work of this practice. Every stage of his treatment has been clearly explained to us all, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Mar 7 2019 I got my first set of fixed braces put on today at this orthodontic centre. They advised me to eat something soft, so I did. Roughly six hours after getting my braces fitted, I heard a crack. I ran to the mirror and saw that one of the square brackets had popped off and was dangling from the metal wire. I know my teeth are bad but I don’t think that this can be blamed purely off that.

Jul 29 2018 My child has a brace on & we attended for an appointment last Monday. Unfortunately the lady we saw was extremely rude throughout. Poor attitude & felt very rushed. Shame as we have usually found staff members to be very professional & helpful. I would also like to mention the temperature on the day we attended was very hot, the floor standing fans are inappropriate in the treatment rooms. As a healthcare worker myself, I’m aware they arent really permitted for cross infection reasons. I do realise the heat would be unbearable without them but certainly not an ideal solution.
