I went for an inspection and had to wait a couple of weeks for a replacement filling of a back molar, whilst the dentist was on holiday during which time my tooth split in half and had to be removed On removal I explained that the anaesthetic always takes a long time to work on me, this information was ignored and the dentist kept attempting to pull the tooth before the anaesthetic had taken effect.. I was also charged for a separate inspection, which I paid whilst I was traumatised after tooth removal. The scale and polish given was very cursory - the dentist only polished my front teeth and left the rest.
I didn't realise this feedback was available otherwise i would have submitted this earlier. |

This is a brand new dental surgery and is the most local to me. It's modern and clean.
Unfortunately the execution isn't great. I didn't feel like a patient, I felt more like a job that they wanted to get done and move on to the next one.
I had a temporary filling, which I found out from another dentist was permanent, they just wanted me back for another appointment to take the sharp edges off the tooth. That would have cost me two appointments instead of one.
I won't be returning unless really desperate. |
