I have been to this practice since 1990's. I last went 2016, while I'm still on their data base they said I could not be treated on NHS, the reception said I might get an appointment in September, there wasn't a problem with making an appointment they just wanted to charge £90 for an extraction and £700 for a dental plate plus the appointment fee. I was told to find a NHS dentist, and I have an appointment on 30 May. In the meantime I have suffered the most horrible pain. I have two loose teeth and potentially four teeth need removing, so. I wish this dental practice the very worst of bad luck. All they are interested in was money. I go past this surgery every day, I hope, one of the dental surgeons kills someone and that this is the end of this practice, this is my voodoo wish for them. They did all the dentistry on my teeth since 1990's and did a good job for me, but they are only interested in money we don't have. It could mean a thousand pounds for teeth they said would become loose in 2016. They have left me with a complicated four unit bridge and without even a consultation I have been abandoned. |

They said I was taken off the NHS and would have to pay, I had to leave and look for a NHS dentist while in the most horrible pain. I'm going to loose two teeth in the top and two in the bottom, why would anyone be happy getting turned away, being told to find a NHS dentist after 30 years at this surgery. I have been left with a bridge which is the work of this surgery which looks skeletal it's that old, and several loose teeth due to gums receding, I'm 64 and the reception spoke to me as if I was a plague victim. On their website it says taking new patients, but the receptionist said I wouldn't get an appointment until September. You have left me feeling abandoned and diseased. You have left me utterly destroyed and made me feel like I have leprosy. I am left to find a NHS dentist to repair the all work done at this surgery over 30 years, now I will be left with a mixture of caps, bridge, missing teeth. I didn't even get a consultation. |

I am new to the practice a friend of mine recommended it to me. It was easy to get an appointment a little bit of a wait for a check up but I could see it was very busy when I went so fully understand why. The whole team was lovely and my dentist was amazing explained everything to me.
Thank you so much. |
