My experience the last few times with Synergy has been very positive. After many years of being a patient of the previous Dentist at the Swan Lane Practice,, I was initially concerned that Synergy would not be as good. However, I have to say I have been very impressed with the Dentist who has treated me the last few times. She is very thorough and professional, explaining everything as she goes along, and puts you at ease. The surgery is clean and well organised and all the staff polite and helpful. I am pleased to say that I am as happy with my new Dentist as my previous one, who I held In high regard for many years.

I attended the clinic today for a filling, I’m a very nervous patient. On arrival I was greeted by two very kind receptionists both were very chatty and put me at ease. The practice manager came down the stairs to collect some paper work, she was very smiley and friendly, made conversation with everyone in the waiting area! I was only waiting a few minutes before the nurse called me into surgery, the dentist was very thorough, both the dentist and the nurse did an amazing job calming my nerves! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting dental treatment!
