I was referred to synergy... by my own dentist for a consultation. After the dentist finished checking my teeth we had a brief conversation about my options..for half of this conversation he kept his mask on. This made me feel that my opinions/questions were not important..i felt rushed. After my check up i payed a deposit for some treatment but on reflection of my experience i decided not to go ahead with synergy...i eventually got my deposit back but this was a slow and frustrating process. Cant remember the date but it was last year,hey they may have pulled their socks up since then!! |

I went to Synergy in Blackburn as I knew I needed a filling. After a checkup the dentist said we best do some xrays which I thought a bit much just for a filling. Any way...the outcome was he then said I needed root canal treatment plus a crown. This work would be billed out at £800. Feeling this didn't sound right I then went to an NHS dentist who reconfirmed I did only need a FILLING!!! So £62 later my tooth is fixed, had a scale and polish and all is well. You hope you can trust the professionals you go and see but this goes to show you can't always!!
