I visited this dentist in 2017 for extensive dental work, this was to ensure good oral health prior to major surgery I required. After months of long and traumatic appointments and hours of drilling, I was fitted with a number of poor quality, yellow, insecure and far to long temporaries, one of which was ingested! There was active and visible infection around the gum line, and the gums were swollen and red. I had been informed the bridge and other work required was only available privately, even though I was an NHS patient, the patient dentist relationship became untenable after I had paid several thousand pounds for private treatment, with no end insight to the completion of the dental work! And noted on the treatment plan there was a claim for payment from the NHS as well! The photographs of the sub standard work, I'm happy to share on this Review site and other media. |

Recently been for our second check up with my 2 children. The receptionists were really nice and friendly, and the dentist was great with my 1 year old when checking his teeth. Reply from mydentist, St. Mary’s Place, Bury Fri, 01 Jun 2018 15:08:24 +0100 Dear Patient, Thank you very much for the very kind comments that you have recently made regarding our practice and for taking the time to leave them; it is very much appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back to the practice in the future. I went to these as i needed new dentures, they spread the treatment out over 6 months so i had to pay twice, 3 different dentists as they kept leaving , each one starting the treatment again |
