Feb 13 2019 This dentist practice is very rude, keep you waiting and don’t listen to you. I have tooth decay from my wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it which they noticed and did nothing about. I went to JDRM in Loughborough and they are shocked that they have done nothing about it in the last 4 months. They don’t care for you at all one dentist made my gums bleed and hurt me when they cleaned my teeth!! Don’t go to this dentist unless you want to get treated like rubbish and not given the right treatment needed.

Feb 13 2019 Found reception staff helpful & polite. Couldn't ask for a better dentist. very informative with regarding my treatment. Also makes you feel at ease.

Feb 6 2019 I called the practice this morning looking to register and get an emergency appointment for my wisdom tooth as I have woken up with facial swelling. I was on hold for an hour and 20 before I gave up and rang another practice in the area who answered straight away and gave me an appointment this afternoon. How can y9u provide care when you don't even answer your phone?
