After raising my concerns with the practice manager at Worsbrough dental practice, and been dismissed I have taken to writing this review. I have never experienced a place like it. I am absolutely terrified of visiting the dentist and plucked up the courage to have a check up after reading the reviews beforehand. I have since visited several times. After the first review I had a tooth removed. The second check up I was told I had to have 2 fillings. I returned and had the two fillings to experience extreme pain that I had never experienced before having the treatment. I returned to address this issue. This is after taking multiple hours time back at work to attend. The teeth were filed down and I was reassured that I should be fine, to only experience the same pain. Unable to eat or even put anything near the problematic teeth. I once again returned to raise my concerns. I was told they were unsure which tooth was causing the problem. Although I may add the initial dentist I visited was very thorough and friendly I was still left in the dark as no one was sure what the problem was. I re booked hoping the next appointment would solve the problems to be given caps on each tooth. By now I am drained at been in this pain. This was over 2-3 months. I called to speak to the manager on reception who was extremely rude! She told me that the dentist was exhausted at me visiting ! No apologies for the inconvenience or any hope my problem would be resolved. I am now been told to book an appointment for “another” review. Which I have stressed I am struggling to attend because of work. This must be the 10th time I am revisiting. I will never put my trust in another dentist again!! Please be wary. I am also taking this further so will post an update.
