I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and have never had a single problem. Until recently. Since mydentist took over it has gone completely downhill. Staff were rude when a simple query was asked. Every appointment during the last 2 years was cancelled 'due to covid' and yet my other family members had their appointments just fine. It seems money is now much more important than patient care. Treatment isn't offered you are told what is going to be done with no explanation why. I have now registered with a new practice and the experience is a polar opposite! Everything is explained so clearly and you are given choices - just as it should be. Money isn't the main objective, patient care and well being is what matters to them. It's like what this practice used to be before it was sold to mydentist. My advice? Look elsewhere as there are far better dentists out there. |

I’d driven over 40 minutes through rush hour through traffic and had called the receptionist to explain I might be a couple of minutes late. Upon arrival I was told I needed to rebook an appointment and had wasted my journey. Despite asking if there was anyway I could see anyone, there was absolutely nothing they were willing to do and there was very little compassion from the receptionist. After waiting long times in the waiting room on previous visits, I was surprised there was nothing they could do |
