Blaming the patient for poor brushing , instead it is bruxism and TMJ. Didnt notify us of a £282.50 fee which had to be paid. The dentist talks at you for too long making the appointment system a farce. We waiting over half an hour but had to leave. This dentist is not at all professional. Expect undisclosed charges, being demeaned and a very long wait! |

I have received a lot of treatment recently due to past problems with my teeth. The Dentist is outstanding and treats you as an individual taking a lot of time and trouble to resolve any problems you have. The practice is dedicated to offering a pain free service.
Furthermore the staff are also very friendly and helpful and will do whatever they can to accommodate you with a date and time that is suitable for you. Always smiling they can dispel any nervousness you might have. |

Absolutely horrendously rude manager. Would not let me change my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances that I apologised for my late notice cancellation I had been away with very little access to my phone. It was my first check up after newly being registered as an NHS patient. The manager said I would not be able to come again due to late cancellation. And when asked if it was the same protocol if I was registered as a private patient he hung up. Then proceeded to send a text saying I was deregistered with the practice because they would not tolerate abuse.I recorded the conversation and can absolutely be sure that I was not abusive just slightly upset that they would not let me change. When asked what would happen if I had covid he said I would have to send them proof! Gobsmacked So bad no wonder they only have 3 stars one star is too much. DO NOT REGISTER HERE |
