Feb 13 2019 Excellent service. I was a referred patient. I was provided an emergency appointment within 3 hours and then the planned procedure was brought forward within two weeks after that which was a great help and relief. The dentist was highly informative throughout including during the procedure.

Jun 8 2018 This dentist was great until the re org. It really needs some higher management guidance and control on care, compassion and customer service. A waste of a good surgery unless intervention happens quickly. I have remained anonymous until my complaint is dealt with and finalised.

Apr 13 2018 I went for an emergency appointment to which they did nothing but give me Antibiotics and sent me away with a filling missing. I then had to go back 3 days later as pain was still unbearable. I waited 30 minutes and still I wasn't seen, I spoke to the receptionist who stated someone was in with him and that someone else was in front of me too and I wouldn't be seen for another 30 minutes. I asked if I could come back 30 minutes instead of waiting as I had appointment with my child. I then left and called back and they advised to come back at that time. I then had a phone call from the receptionist saying he had just come out to see me! I so if I want to be seen I would have to wait but they don't know how long? The receptionist was very rude and I have since left this practice. Absolutely awful service since taken over by bupa.
