I called into this dentist on Saturday 6th July 2019 around midday, as I entered two women were sat behind the counter the door was locked so I waited they both looked at me but didn’t react for a minute then one of them buzzed me in, I wanted to enquire about registering with them as a private patient as I had recently moved to the area. As I entered I asked if they were open or closed as I was unsure, the reaction I got from the woman behind the counter was totally unexpected and very rude; she barked at me “ so what do you want” I could not believe this and was shocked by being spoken to like that. I just replied really is that how you speak to people that is not how you speak to people and I left. I felt like I was a total inconvenience and had interrupted them. Unbelievable AVOID them. I’ll take my money to a more welcoming and professional dentist. |

This place is a joke. First of all it is a health and safety nightmare. There was blood on the light above the seat, the dentist touched the PC's keyboard and mouse and then put their hands in my mouth. The tools were salty and I don't even want to know why. The dentist was extremely rude, did not talk to me at all about my problem and when the examination was over, I was just notified that I needed to make another appointment. They did not bother telling me what was going on or what treatment I was about to receive! When I asked, they seemed annoyed and briefly explained to me what was needed to be done and literally closed the door in my face. Animals are treated better than this. I wonder how those people made it to become doctors and I question their professionalism. Very bad experience, I will never go back there and I will make sure that anyone I care about wil everl go there either.
