I am that patient, the one that cries, gets worked up and just generally had a meltdown if i think something is going to hurt... the dentist is the best I have ever had they always put me at ease and lets me be in control of the situation as much as i can, cannot reccomed them enough! I'm an NHS patient and don't pay for my treatment yet they always go above an beyond as do all of her staff...thank you ! I've been to Serenity for years but the most recent experience was horrible. I had the general teeth check-up with my families on Monday 27th Feb. My whole check-up took only 2 minutes without any x-ray taken, or conversation asking me about my teeth condition. Bara has been communicated with inconsistent information and being extremely rude afterwards. He first told me I could either have the general cleaning with him that day, or book with a hygienist for a later cleaning session. I asked him whether I can do both, Bara said no I could only choose either. When I asked him to give me a general cleaning, he then said he can't do it as I am having gum disease. He asked me to pay the £23.80 which only took about 2minutes. Later when I tried to complain to the practice manager about the unprofessional treatment, Bara came out several times to argue and not let me speak to respond to his points. It's the most horrendous human conversation I've ever experienced. The manager tried to stop Bara being so aggressive but Bara did not stop. Bara even threaten me saying he was the only NHS dentist, if I am not happy with him no one will see me in the future. To be honest, I am fine with that. With this horrible experience I won't consider going back even if it's for free. No one should be treated that way. I was promised to send the invoice to my email, to this date, I have not received any email. Luckily I found another dentist practice in Chorlton who are super professional and nice. I am having only minor gum disease nothing too worried. I was given general cleaning for my first visit with them. |
