Jul 7 2019 This practise from the moment I walked in put me at ease. Receptionist were lovely and assuring. Dentist was friendly and clear and made me feel relaxed. Great explanation and clear idea of what’s needed to go forward. Brilliant experience and (incredibly) looking forward to go back !

Jul 4 2019 I was not treated with respect. After telling me My teeth were fine, I have found out instead, that I have decay on the side/front, and need to go private in order to fix it. They also charged me private prices when I requested to be an NHS patient. They then switched my dentist without notifying me. Initially a good impression, but I'm incredibly disappointed with how this dentist actually turned out. If they can't even identify simple decay, then there's no hope getting specialist treatment.

The dentist is really professional and knows exactly how to pitch her discussion with you. The receptionist is polite and keeps a smart reception running to time. Thank you cuddigans
