Happy with treatment and politeness over last 3 years

My husband and myself are both patients at the practice and fully satisfied of the treatment received over the last 3 years, only on one occasion I realised the girl dentist wasn't that expert an year ago however I noticed another dentist has been employed instead, today I have been seen over emergency appointment ant the dentist has really explained to me the various options so clearly after taking x-rays etc, I felt I was in good hands, also receptionist and personnel very polite
