Avoid the practice at any cost. The dentist not only caused me harm but also refused to admit to it and fix it when he still could. I saw Mr Patel at the emergency private appointment when my filling fell out. Two weeks after, I came back with pain which he ignored. Two months after, the other dentist found the decay in my tooth - he said that decay had to be left by Mr Patel under the filling as it spread so much that I required not only a canal root treatment but also a month on painkillers and NSAIDs. After a month the infection still spread to the tooth bone and I required strong antibiotics. When I complaint, I waited three weeks for the response. The complaint procedure wasn't actually followed, I haven't receive support or empathy. I was refused to be refund £160 fee for a private consultation or contribution towards extra treatment I have faced. I am refering this case now to the Dentist Complaint Services but I am already hugely disappointed and I lost the trust in the practice's professional conduct.

Very very careful when booking appointment, there high change of cheat. When booked the appointment, was informed that will be £55 or £65 charge for teeth cleaning. It was not inform that there could have choice of either NHS treatment or private treatment why cheater receptionist/practice manager not provided this information? Total 3 family member regularly visit this dentist but not anymore in future, you lost how much business?
