Dentist is really rude. Ever since the lovely owner passed away these new people are absolutely disgusting. They refused to check out all my teeth and told me to just to tell them the ‘one’ tooth that was hurting. Before covid the dentist used to tell me all the problems I might have with my teeth rather than refusing to check anything but one tooth at a time. They just want repeat customers charging £73 for one consultation it’s cheaper to just go private and get a proper check up for £50. And don’t even get me started on the receptionist. Totally rude and unapproachable. |

At this clinic I encountered a very rude and unhelpful receptionist named Mumtaz. I wanted to book an appointment and she was very unreasonable and not willing to help. She ignored my request and was on her personal phone while dealing with me. While waiting for her to finish her personal call she signals me to call and make an appointment over the phone while I was physically there requesting. And when I pointed out she was being rude she began to speaking very unprofessionally while raising her voice saying 'don't get c**ky with me'. I find her behaviour extremely unprofessional and makes me not want visit this clinic. Her behaviour discredits the work that the dentist are doing. I requested to speak to her manager but she refused to give me her contact. |

I emailed the clinic one week before my appointment using the email address on the website cancelling my appointment. On the day of the appointment i get a call from the clinic telling me off for not cancelling the appointment although i had done so by email a whole week in advance. I was told that the reception have no access to the email only the main dentist does. So why then did he not pass on the information to the receptionist. And if they do not respond to emails then why do they offer the email as a means of contacting the surgery. I was repeatedly told off for not phoning to cancel and was told i could never again get an appointment at the surgery. How is this my fault? If they are advertising email as a means of contact, then should they not respond to or act on the emails? Very puzzled! They should take the email off their website so other patients dont fall into this trap |
