Jul 22 2019 Trying to find out if this surgery takes emergency appointments I was asked the age and date of birth of the person involved. My repeated statement that the person was not registered with the practice were ignored to be met (after giving information) that the person was not registered and therefore they could not help. I wonder how much time is wasted by people not listening
