It was the fist time at this dentist, The reception staff was very polite, I was seen on my appointment time, As i went in to dentist room, i felt very welcome. The lady dentist listened to everything i had to say and was very helpful. The dentists helper was very nice lady, and was good at her job. I am really quite scared when it comes to needles, but i felt relaxed as the dentist was professional in her speaking, which i felt, i was in good hands. Thank you for your help, Very happy. Initially a bit dubious about using this practice due to area and presentation! Once attended, I received a hospitable welcome from reception, very informative and polite overall on all three occasions. Dental nurse and Dentist where polite and formal, and on the last visit the dental team where very tentative, empathetic and competent in the procedure they had to complete. I was well informed of the steps that had to be taken to achieve the end result for fillings and a general clean. All in all a positive experience and a pro active visit at St Martins dental practice. Highly recommend. AK
