May 27 2023 Hello my name is Ana Ribeiro. 6/4/1987. A couple weeks ago I missed an appointment because there were no trains available. I did call in advance to make sure you were well aware of the situation. I would like to set an appointment up for my son (Afonso Ribeiro 24/11/2007) that the kings college orthodontics department has told me to do a dental check up and to check his occlusal on the UL 7. Aug 10 2023 I have been a patient of this clinic since 2011. Before that, I had no complaints. On July 20, I was at Dr. Otasevic with a toothache and a broken crown. The lady took 5 x-rays and said that everything was ok. The pain I have is created in my head, it's a bit of a funny diagnosis. Didn't see anything in the photos either. The pain was getting worse and worse, so I couldn't sleep. Today I was in a private clinic and it turned out that there is an infection, I need root canal treatment, the procedure lasted 2 hours and I got rid of the pain. Yes, Mrs. Otasevic is nice, but making a diagnosis is not her strong point, maybe her X-ray machine was damaged. I was very disappointed with this visit. Just to mention that in a week I will have another tooth done which Mrs. Otasevic didn't notice either. Maybe this lady should listen to the patient and not just talk.
