Nov 30 2017 I arrived promptly for my appointment but was left waiting over 20 minutes to see the dentist. This was really disappointing.

The reception staff are polite, efficient, helpful and always smiling, which greatly calms the nerves. My dentist is a delightful gem, who makes my visits joyful. Congratulations on having formed such a great team.
