I needed treatment on Boxing Day and they were open! Never been there before but they saw me straight away. Now registered there and had some work done. All the time a first class NHS service. Friendly staff who are young but know their stuff. |

I needed an emergency filling. After the treatment things went from bad to worse. The adjacent area where I had the treatment erupted in pain over the next few days. Before my appointment I was able to talk and afterwards the pain was so severe I could barely eat or talk. I booked another appointment, they were adamant everything was fine and basically called me a hypochondriac. They offered no pain relief and did not take x-rays when I asked for help.
I knew I had to find another dental surgery as M&N are bordering on incompetent. I asked for my records on two separate occasions. They said they would happily oblige and give me my patient records. This didn't happen. I think this is an attempt to hold you hostage.
M & N is probably the worst dental practice I've ever had the displeasure of using and I'd recommend you avoid them. |

I am grateful for the warm professionalism and expertise of the staff at this practice and especially of the dentist who carried out a .small job on my teeth today. I have always been received with relaxed courtesy, involved in consultation and attended to with a high standard of clinical ability. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. |
