Had some fillings done previously they don't look to good they have a deep bowl concave look and food gets stuck in my new fillings I have seen another asian dentist there Dr A Mandaliya and she is worst just to much talk it seems she dose not like doing rootcanal work or crowns just talk nothing else I really wonder why she is a dentist No Practical work ever being done apart from talking.. how difficult it is on side molars then do nothing . We pay for treatment and this is what you get.. Little work as possible an at the same time as much money as possible. |

I went yesterday for my daughter for an appointment under NHS for pain in her tooth. I was told that under NHS they are short staffed and that they can do it privately for which I would have to register costing me 30 pounds and then get an appointment after 3 weeks. I find that not adding up. While I would be okay to pay if I got a sooner appointment but having said that , the fact that they are understaffed under NHS and appropriately staffed under private didn’t make sense to me and I thought it was more commercial. Anyways i went elsewhere cos my daughter obviousely couldn’t wait with that pain for 3 weeks. |

Unprofessional terrible job done I had to be retreated at a more reputable dentist clearly overpriced then on the other hand work i incurred was poorly done I also don't believe all the postive reviews and I did notice they removed google negative reviews on regular basis over the years to keep there ratings high manipulating google REVIEWS to keep there ratings up clearly fraudulent and a violation against Google policies . I would not trust Smilematters dentist they are deceitful i would not recommend there service. |
