Jul 23 2019 I broke a tooth 2 weeks ago and went into the practice as a new patient. I am a very nervous dental patient. I felt so welcomed and treated like a regular patient. The staff are so kind and reassuring. I left today with a beaming smile and a new tooth. My teeth are sparkling and I feel so much more confident.The lady dentist made me feel like her best friend. I would recommend this practice without a thought. It's so clean, fresh and welcoming. I got regular phone calls to confirm my appointment. I was running early and I was seen early.

She made me feel so relaxed and chatted and explained everything she was doing, so much so I did not feel a thing. I had to go twice and on both occasions I received a polite call to remind me of my appointments. The dentist is so conveniently sited right across from Wood Street Station and on the W16 and 230 bus routes. If you are looking for a new dentist I can highly recommend this practice.

Jul 4 2019 On the 27th of June I went to wood street dental practice due to severe gum bled. I was seen by the dentist upon examination she identified a hole in one of my tooth; which was a surprise to me since I didn't believe I had any issue other than the gum bleed. During the consultation I informed dr that I would also like a scale and polish to remove any plaque and debris from the surfaces of my teeth since according to the dentist was the reason for the bleeding gums. Therefore I was booked in for the 4th of July for the scale and polish as well as the filing. This appointment was not only disappointing, it was uncomfortable somewhat painful and to add to that i was dealt with in a very unprofessional and unworthy manner. After a lengthy, uncomfortable drilling session Dr informed me that she is finished. I reminded her that she forgot the 'scale and polish' which was discussed in the previous consultation, to which she responded in a very dismissive manner 'this procedure is not done here, you need to see a hygienist'. This made me feel really frustrated and absolutely gutted since the main reason for going to the dentist was to treat my gum bleed
