Excellent service: highly competent; warm and friendly; quick but not rushed; explained everything and answered all questions clearly and patiently. Excellent facilities: clean and modern. Covid compliance: took temperature and provided hand sanitiser at entrance; all staff fully masked and gloved; made me confident that they were doing everything they could do to minimise transmission. Recommendation: They were recommended to me by my family and I shall be passing on this recommendation. I needed a lot of work done as I'd been avoiding the dentist for years so the top level of service over my multiple visits was very much appreciated and stress-reducing.

I've been visiting elm house for 10+ years & being treated by the dentist for probably 20 yrs+. In all those years I've never had cause to be unhappy or doubt my treatment. The surgery is in a busy part of east London, its small, compact & tidy which is fine & I've always found the staff to be accommodating even when you need a quick emergency appt. If you want fancy pot plants in the waiting room etc etc get yourself down to the private dentist & get your wallet out, simples..............
