Oct 19 2021 Absolutely vile staff my son has special needs and has struggled to go out because of the pandemic I rang to explain that he couldn’t attend appointment then when I tried to book again I was told he couldn’t go there again the receptionist was so rude and the manager was rude and basically said tough he didn’t attend his last appointment so go elsewhere I’ve never been so angry in my life I would never use them again and would strongly advise against anyone with special needs using them as they are prejudiced and rude

By: Anonymous Rating:.. Jun 26 2019 I have always been delighted with the treatment and care we have received at the practice. They are brilliant with nervous patients and children. They will always ask if I have any concerns since last visit or changes to the children's terrh or changes to medical conditions. The dental nurses are lovely too, my children actually argue about who is going in the chair first, as they all want to be first! I have recently received treatment for root canal and the dentist was informative and listened to questions or worries. I have got to go back for my crown but I am nor concerned about what to expect as I am always informed. A brilliant practice. My family all go, some see one dentist and we see another, but they are all compassionate and empathic.
