After suffering with dental pain I needed quick appointment the receptionist got me in the next day I saw a different dentist as mine was on holiday however within 10 mins I was pain free and could go about my normal routine. 5 star dental service thankyou |

Had my first appointment with this dentist today and I am very impressed.
Not only did they fit me in immediately when I had severe pain due to an abscess but the service I received was excellent from start to finish.
My options for treatment were clearly and patiently explained, as was the cost and future work required.
The treatment itself was the best I’ve experienced, I have a bad gag reflex and fear x-rays but this was done in a very quick and pain free method.
I’m going back next week for an extraction and have no fear or anxiety about visiting mydentist cheadle.

I have been at this practice for a very long time and always been a great place, I have had to see another dentist as mine left, ever since I have been seeing this dentist she always cancels appointments and is always running late I've had to book days off work for my dental appointments and they only let me know on the day that the dentist isn't in. From my personal opinion this is really bad as I don't feel feel like I have a on going relationship with this dentist and as I am a very nervous patient and takes me a lot to come in and get in the chair and the last 5 times have been cancelled I just feel like there should be a dentist that is committed to the job and not always taking time off, I understand they need holidays and time off but when its every week this really lets down the NHS. Hope my review does help as I think for future of this practice it needs to be sorted I have found myself a new practice read all the reviews and the dentist are great so I wouldn't recommend this practice as there is always a problem.
