Jun 27 2019 I was greeted by a very lovely and welcoming receptionist and was asked to fill out some paperwork. I was seen on time and although I was in a great deal of pain and feeling very nervous I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained thoroughly and my options were made very clear. I was given the opportunity to ask questions several times and was never made to feel silly. The Dentist and nurse were very thorough and professional. An amazing team at Moor Park!

Apr 29 2019 Treatment and care for my son who has a Learning Disability was excellent. Spent over an hour attempting to contact the clinic to cancel an appointment as listed number is unobtainable - got an alternative number from Leisure Centre which held me in a queue for three separate attempts for 10 minutues then cut me off asking me to redial or visit the website so I was unable to cancel an appointment which could have been given to someone with an emergency - how inefficient and wasteful of resources!!!

Thank you for raising this concern and we are very sorry that you have had this experience. However, we do send out clinic contact details on all of our appointment letters so this should have been available to you on the letters which you have received. We will be updating the contact details on NHS Choices as this should have been done previously. Please note that there is also an NHS Reception Contact Number within the Health and Leisure Centre, it appears that unfortunately you were given the Dental emergency helpline number which is managed by a separate organisation from ourselves (Fylde Coast Medical Services) and would not have been able to cancel the appointment directly for you. Jan 18 2018 I had an emergency appt today . I usually get put to sleep to have teeth removed but they wont anymore . So i went to moorpark to have a tooth removed and they were so nice made me feel relaxed i cant thank them enough no more pain . They have restored my faith in goin to the dentist thankyou all so much jackie
