Has initial exam and x-ray. Had white filling done, which I think fell out before the anesthetic wore off.
I have not been able to get back due to mobility problems.
On trying to make an appointment by telephone, I get a continuous loop answer, a menu to reach my local Woking clinic, then back to the loop. On some occasions, there is silence, followed by a short beep, and a message saying "the message was too short, and has been discarded". There was no request to leave a message! Finally managed to leave two messages but no call back.
My drilled but now unfilled tooth is painful but I can't make an appointment nor get a call back.
I paid for the exam, around £18 I think, then a further £65 for the filling. I now have to try to find another local dentist to give me a filling. Service at it's very worst. I will be asking my new dentist if the filling was poorly done, and looking for a refund. |
