I was in this dental surgery not so long ago and having waited hours what I saw during that time was complete chaos. It made me realise why the reviews and word of mouth are so bad about this place. Patients were shouting at receptionists management were clearly in the room next to where I was sitting and carried on chatting with nurses who were sat down eating. Eventually it seemed the poor receptionist had run out of patience after being shouted at by a man twice her size. I had about enough and got up to ask if she was ok, quite clearly she wasn’t. The very rude gentlemen had stormed off the nurses were running around like headless chickens, the reception team looked as if they were about to cry and I still had another hour wait. WHY is this practice employing 1 dentist when clearly the demand for treatment is rife. The whole atmosphere was tense and felt more like a prison waiting room than a dentist surgery. When I finally had somewhat poor treatment I had enough and asked to speak to the manger (whom I had seen sitting there throughout this chaos in the office) the tired receptionist went to get the manager, only she returned to tell me I would need to wait (EVEN LONGER) I’m assuming this was so the gossiping session in the office could finish. I thanked her for her time and apologised that she had been put in this position. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and would never imagine putting my workforce in such tense situations. Safe to say I will not be returning and will be penning a letter to higher management about my horrific ordeal. |

In shock. I HATE the dentist and have always been terrified to go. Have been in huge pain over the weekend due to an infected tooth. Got nowhere with 111. I went to this dentist and they saw me straight away. Had an xray; my options were to have anti biotics and go to my own dentist. Have it filled or have it removed. I chose to have it removed. I was in tears and petrified but these guys are truly incredible. So much so I am going to register with them. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. Had a walk in appointment on a Sunday morning, receptionist was really lovely and helpful. Only waited 20 - 30 minutes to be seen. Dentist was great, very friendly and professional. My tooth was removed quickly and expertly done. I anticipate I may have to return but only because I have had on going issues with this tooth!
