Mar 4 2021 Called to make an emergency appointment and was told there will be availability in 14 days! When i expressed this is not good enough as the emergency was on my front tooth I was told to go to another practice. The person who answered the phone was not helpful or did not demonstrate any compassion at all so am really unsure how people who do not know / do not follow NHS Core Values can serve NHS patients. The Customer Service which is given at My Dentist Gloucester should be investigated by their management team as it is very poor and their staff is not following NHS Core Values but this practice does serve NHS customers so should follow standards set by the NHS.
