Apr 20 2022 My sister got braces in 2019 as got told they would be off in 1-2years. Still to this day she still has them on! They have given her a cross-bite that she didn’t have before and even more gaps in her teeth as well. Rubbish service, we rang 92 times and they still didn’t answer so we went in and spoke to them and they didn’t believe us until we showed them our phone and they were shocked. “You have to respects that we only have one phone working at the moment” To be honest it’s not acceptable, if we knew the service was this shocking we would have gone to Middlesbrough but we chose Durham because it was closer to us! Want a good orthodontist place go somewhere else other than this terrible one!!

May 3 2019 Amazing place great staff and a lovely environment! Ive had braces on for i think 8 months or so and my teeth are looking incredible already! Everything is always explained to me in depth on any desicions they have to make and i can opt out at any time. Staff are always lovely and welcoming especially because sometimes i bring in my little brother with me and always answer any questions he has as he has autism and generally gets fascinated with alot of things. My orthodontist is always putting my mind at ease and making sure im in no pain or discomfort. A genuine nice place to get treatment done!

After initially being very nervous I was immediately put at ease. The whole process was pain free and all the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend dunelm orthodontics to anyone considering having brace work.
