I had a problem with a back tooth that needed filling. Like me the tooth is elderly! I was worried that it might not be able to be filled and that I would lose it. However Oliver did a brilliant job. Highly effective communication throughout. Just brilliant.

I had been going for many years to a lovely dentist in the centre of Bournemouth who retired. The practice was taken over by another company and I rarely saw the same dentist twice. The parking and traffic getting there and back was getting so bad I felt I had to move Dental practices. Someone told me that this practice was taking on NHS patients when I swapped a few years ago so I contacted them. A quick response from the practice and they were very friendly and welcoming in their reply. Parking is excellent and the fact there is a tesco nearby where I can pick up supplies while parking in their car park is a great bonus. Modern, clean waiting room with good magazines. The reception staff are the right mix of friendly, welcoming and professional. The dentists are caring and knowledgeable and they are OK with rearranging appointments if you tell them a few days in advance. My only quibble is that my dentist has Friday's off which is a shame as I often have Friday's off which would make booking appointments easier!
