Jun 25 2019 Apointment available only on one day through the week and on early morning or just after midday. Never ever have option to select different day or time even when practice working longer on some days. So book your full year holidays for Neo as they not offeer any other days. Most of staff are friendly and good, but few are not prepared to work with customers.If I know about issue with booking appointment for different day and time, I will never choice NEO.

Jan 23 2018 I could not fault my experience at Neo the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Everything was explained to me and I felt if I had any questions I could call up and it would not be a bother! definitely would recommend these guys to anyone looking for braces!!
