I attended my appointment in December 2017 and was left waiting an hour in reception before being told I'd have to rebook my appointment due to a medical emergency. The next available appointment was April 2018. Now my April 2018 appointment conflicts with my work schedule so I called the receptionist to see if there were any earlier appointments available. I was rudely told they only offer afternoon appointments (even though every appointment I've had was an AM appointment, and the next one available was September 2018.

I visited earlier today to sign me and my 3 year old daughter up. The receptionist didn’t look interested at all, and when I mentioned that we wanted to register, she responded with “you are aware that it’s students here?” So I said yes, and I started to say that I had a chipped tooth and need to get it sorted, hence why we needed to register. She cut me off halfway through my sentence, saying “you’ll be waiting until March or September because students aren’t always here, so here’s a list of somewhere else you can try”. Disgusting service, the dentists are probably good, but the service I had from the receptionist was abysmal.
