I had a great experience here, saw a new dentist, she gave me clear information about a problem I was having and has referred me for treatment |

NHS patient. Visited to have consultation to receive my new full bottom dentures. Fit adjusted while their. No appraisal of how nice they looked. Not even saw teeth in a mirror. When Home I checked teeth the three teeth in direct front of mouth were not the full block white as teeth on rest of plate only partly coloured. Obviously this was known at the dentist hence my being hurried out. I rang dentist and expected an appointment to discuss rectify the matter put teeth right. All I was offered was a phone call for the next day I was going into hospital for an op so I asked for an appointment for following week. I was speaking to the receptionist at the surgery. She said all was offered was the phone call and would not give appointment said they are the NHS type teeth. Hung the phone up. I rang again same thing. Rang again phone cut off! Rang again told by dentist I was being rude and I can go elsewhere.
So this surgery welcomes you for treatment willingly but look what they do if you have a problem which they also knew about. I have had dentures in NHS for years. Totally distgusting I am taking this matter further and I hope they are not paid for doing my dentures.
I have had to rate 1 star for recommendation to be able to write my review. Excellent service to make sure they have your custom yes but but look at what the do to you if you dare complain about their service! |
