If you can afford it, save your health and your time and go to an actual professional dental practice. Reception just has no idea about anything and on top of that they’re quite arrogant, and the dentist I was assigned had zero empathy, I think he’s more concerned about rushing you out of the room in record time rather than doing a good job.

Can't get through on the phone for three days to resolve a problem with the bill. Four receptionists but it seems that none of them can cope with billing, and they keep making mistakes. I need a discrepancy sorted out before I can submit my insurance claim. I need that claim repaid to me because the prices are so expensive! Finally managed to locate a complaints manager who promises to get me a call to fix this. Fingers crossed.

Reception were very nice but the dentist was awful, he looked at my teeth for less than ten seconds and was very disinterested. My friend was told they don’t do route camel treatment on the NHS and was referred to their private side of Mydentist. Has to pay £50 for an apt despite already seeing one of their dentists and told its £700 for a route canal treatment!!!! What a sham of incompetent money grabbing unknowledgeable dentists. Won’t be returning !!!!!!! Avoid
