Nov 6 2018 I have been coming to Mydentist for many years now and cannot fault the team. The dentists and nurses are very thorough and hard working and I am always greeted with a smile from the receptionists! I am a fairly anxious patient but the staff here are amazing at keeping me calm and reassuring me :) Like most dentists they are closed for lunch between 1-2 in which time they do not answer the phones but you can still leave answerphone messages, the receptionists are usually very responsive at getting back to you. (We are all entitled to a lunch break!!) I shall be returning here for many more years to come, thank you!

Jul 16 2018 After having a rudimental check up my temporary filling and part of my tooth came out. I rang to make an emergency appointment and they gave me one an entire week in advanced. It was a 8:30am appointment to which I was 7 minutes late due to the rush hour traffic. They refused to see me despite the fact there was no one in the waiting room and they didn't have another appointment for another 10 minutes. This is after I have waited 30 minutes in the waiting room before. They continually cancel routine appointments and are unhelpful in every way.
