Hopeless outfit. I began calling in February 2019, hoping to be a new client and wanting a simple check up. Many times the phone went to answer machine which gave a tedious and very long outgoing message before allowing a message to be left, and my calls were never returned. Eventually I got to book an appointment by first ringing the head office who got someone to ring me back. The appointment they offered was three months hence (May 2019, but I accepted it. A month before the appointment they sent me a text cancelling it, and asking me to ring in. Once again many of my calls went to the answering machine and were not returned, others of my calls during normal working hours simply rang and rang with no answer. Eventually I got through and was told that no new patients are being taken on so all first-time appointments are cancelled. |

Very very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I am an extremely nervous person with the dentist after years of not being able to go to the dentist and taken a over dose on pain relief rather then having treatment for tooth ache it took me over 6 months to find a dentist I liked and trusted, I loved going to my dentist at this practice for 4 years, I was happy with the service and started to build trust in the dentist, unfortunately my dentist left, I was giving a new dentist so I started to get anxiety about my up coming appointment, my appointment was at 9am, I arrived at 9.02 due to finding a parking space, the receptionist was on a phone call so I waited, the dentist came out and looked at me and walked away. The receptionist finished the phone call and took my name to which she told me the dentist had refused to see me as I was late for my appointment (granted I was 2 minutes late) I asked what the policy was she told me if I was 5 or more minutes late they refuse the appointment, I asked her to look at her clock which was 9.04 so that is within the time frame still, she went to speak to the dentist and then came back and he said No he still will not see me, which by then I have built my anxiety up any way panicking, wondering what is this dentist going to be like, I left the practice upset and not wanting to return, the receptionist apologized and gave me the impression that this maybe an incurring mater with this dentist.
Don’t see this dentist if you have the slightest bit of anxiety he shut me down before getting into his chair. |

Every time I’ve booked an appointment with them a day before my appointment they cancelled on me and I’ve had to take time off for them and sort Childcare out. It takes 3 cancelled appointments then you finally get seen. |
