Was horrified to be told that they would only take me on as an NHS patient if I have a private treatment and X-ray first! How is that allowed? Surely you should either be an NHS patient or a private one and shouldn’t have to pay privately to get on their books? |

This is a very busy but great surgery. I can't believe for how busy they are that it runs so smoothly. All the staff are friendly and polite when working under pressure. I find it a real shame that people don't have understanding that things may go wrong, also that the staff are working under strict nhs guidelines. All the staff do their best and often go out of their way to help as was my experience. Well done Seaside dental. |

Impossible to reach by telephone, so you have to go in , and you then can see why. -the telephones are put on hold while the receptionist (s) attempt to deal with customers at the desk who cant get in or out as it is so crowded by the door. . So, I went in in to try to get an appointment,, I was unable to hear what the receptionist said and she became annoyed. I explained that I am deaf and could not hear what she said ,unless she looked at me as it was so noisy with so many people crowding behind me --her response was 'I am trying to help you, its not my fault it is so noisy in here. The practice should not forget that it is people like me that have paid by years of work for NHS treatment, we are not charity cases that can be treated any way they happen to feel on any particular day. We pay your wages , By the way, have you heard Of Investors for people? a training scheme for customer service people. . A place to avoid if you have any option |
