Feb 12 2019 It's a busy practice but it is becoming increasingly difficult to get an appointment if you are an NHS patient (especially if you want one in school holidays). .It is also becoming increasingly difficult to get hold of the reception staff. I don't know how many times I have been cut off when I am "second in the queue" or there have been issues with their answerphone not being connected correctly so you go around in the loop and getting a call back after leaving a voicemail takes days. It's a shame because when you actually get to speak / see someone they are good.

Nov 26 2018 I've been attending Battersea Orthodontics for over a decade. They have always offered quality treatment. As a wheelchair user, the practice has always had good wheelchair access, even when it wasn't a priority for the majority of businesses. Now, they have a specialised treatment room to enable wheelchair users to effectively engage with treatment quickly and easily. Despite people with my condition rarely have their top and bottom retainers, applied simultaneously. However, under consultation from the Orthodontist, we jointly decided to give it a go. I've never looked back. 13 years later my smile is still on-point. I returned recently for a new retainer and was treated with the utmost respect by everyone. Despite going for dental work not being the most fun, I had a good time and look forward to receiving my new retainer soon. I recommend Battersea Orthodontics to anyone who will listen. The results speak for themselves.

Now my youngest son has braces due to be taken off today. Also my grand daughter is due to have her braces. I hope you get the picture, I am over pleased with there service. I would recommend anyone to this practice. Very helpful and polite staff.
