I have been attending here for several years now and both I and my husband have been happy with the service. We have never had appointments cancelled and always receive text reminders which is handy. The quality of treatment is great and I am always involved in discussions about my treatment.
My only dissatisfaction is with the practice of not providing a scale and polish on the NHS and pushing me to a hygienist appointment to provide this. The NHS regs are quite clear that a scale and polish can be included in any band 1 course. Unfortunately, this practice seems to be endemic across NHS dentistry.
I do think that the practice should be clear that a scale and polish is available and that private hygienist treatments are not required to secure and maintain a patient's oral health.
Most patients are unaware of their rights in this respect. |

They seem not to be able to keep appointments or communicate cancellations to their customers in a reasonable time frame. On one occasion i only found out that my appointment was canceled 10mins before, and this was because i rung up to tell them i was going to be slightly late due to public transport. But when i rung up i was told not to bother coming in as the dentist had "gone home", it was nice of them to call me and tell me this instead of me nearly wasting money to make a wasted journey. |

There seemed to be a lack of communication between partners which resulted in rudeness directed towards me I felt helpless and disrespected.
Appointments always resulted in half an hour waits
I was a patient here for several years and had previously been happy with everything but in 2018 that changed when I was forced to see another partner. |
